The NESTOR Mentoring Programme connects artists in the early and transitional stages of their professional careers with experienced figures from the field of contemporary visual art – including artistic practice, curatorship, and gallery operations. The programme takes the form of individual consultations, offering space for reflecting on one’s own work and for navigating the professional, institutional, and market contexts of the art world. It places emphasis on personal encounters and the building of long-term professional relationships. The aim of the programme is to strengthen participants’ independence and their stable positioning within the contemporary art scene.
